We took a ride on the Scenic Railway--here the kids are posing with the conductor. We also saw Santa on the train, they were celebrating Christmas in July.

The train only traveled at 10-15 miles per hour, and the rocking could have put me to sleep if I wasn't chasing down four kids.

Our Indian friend is sitting outside the souvenir shop in McCaysville where we spent a couple hours before boarding the train back to Blue Ridge.
